Fast-growing flexible office space provider, Canvas Offices, is set to the open the doors to its latest office building – 321 Oxford Street – this summer, after investing over £1 million in its refurbishment.
Having agreed a long-term 25-year lease in February 2023, the Canvas team have completely transformed the old five-story building above the retail unit within just 6 months, creating an authentic and modern work environment, in one of the Capital’s most sought-after locations.
The 13th building under Canvas’ growing portfolio, 321 Oxford Street [W1C 2HR] will officially open its doors in mid-August 2023, offering 11 different businesses the opportunity to work in a vibrant and inspiring space – which effectively blurs the lines between home and work.
With 55% of the new building already occupied and the brand on track to more than double its portfolio within the next 9 months, Canvas Offices is on an exciting trajectory for growth after securing a £2.5 million in debt investment in October 2022 – with the launch of 321 Oxford Street following the completion of its 12th building in St John’s Lane, Farringdon.
Yaron Rosenblum, co-founder and CEO of Canvas Offices, confirmed: “When we first viewed 321 Oxford Street, we could see that although the building required a lot of work, it would offer a truly amazing space for businesses to grow and thrive in an unbeatable location.
I am incredibly proud of what the team have achieved in such a short amount of time and in no doubt that that the building will become a firm staple in our growing portfolio. With a further two buildings due to be announced in the coming weeks, the Canvas brand is growing at an exciting rate as more businesses fall in love with our ethos to feel at home at work – so watch this space.”
Headquartered in Shoreditch with buildings in Mayfair, Clerkenwell, Farringdon and Old Street, the Canvas portfolio is well positioned, providing enviable access to London for companies and their teams.
