Migraine is perhaps one of the most painful headaches.

Migraine research foundation states that the sufferers who have experienced both labor and migraine gave childbirth a 7.6 on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being most painful. Their worst migraine was rated an 8.6, on average.

It isn’t just a headache. It is a

I too suffered from debilitating migraines for nearly three years.
