In order to bring about that fundamental change in the process of our thinking, we need to access and touch upon the innermost core of perfection inside.
This happens in states of deep relaxation where the primacy of the conscious mind melts into the oneness of the subconscious.
Such deep states of relaxation are the states of surrender. Surrender does not imply giving up one’s self to another person or to something outside of oneself. Rather, it is a state of just being. To stop doing anything consciously and to relax deeply. Here, the deepest portion of our own subconscious gets in touch with our conscious thinking self.
A deep state of stillness, oneness within.
This is part of the disconnect of a competitive society. Who has much time to be still? Great post! I like.
