The mind can experience awareness at two levels.
External, the five senses. At this level the mind is enmeshed in the external world. This is ‘Avidya’ or ignorance. The mind revels in ‘Maya’ or illusion.
The second level is Internal. With awareness of the inside world, the mind approaches the barrier between the individual mind and the Universal mind. As this awareness expands, we connect to the infinite, which is beyond time, space, beginning, end, centre or circumference.
A barricaded mind entangles in the material. When it breaks free, it mingles in infinity.
In a state of deep stillness, deep surrender can the mind soar and be free.
