VISUALISATION WORKS WONDERS

When we visualize something, we activate multiple cognitive mechanisms in our brain.

In ancient Hindu practices, visualisation was extensively used to gain access and to alter deep thoughts.
Three key aspects of Hindu religious practices are Rituals (including Vedic sacrifices), Meditative practices or visualizations, and Knowledge of self.
Upaniṣadic “wisdom” mostly relates to visualizations.

Even in some Tibetan practices, masters create thought forms through visualisation. These can be seen by others.

Tantric traditions use this tool often to gain access to the mind world.

Ancient Greek meditations are also similar in nature.

Modern scientific experiments in Neuroscience and in Psychology have found that only presenting threatening pictures or loving pictures instantly stimulate the brain as if the subject is experiencing all this.

That is why our dreams are primarily seen. Auditory stimulus is secondary.

SO WHAT IS THE USE OF VISUALS IN OUR LIFE?

If we relax and focus on an object, its essence will manifest soon in our life. For example, to manifest wealth.

Take a picture of Goddess Laxmi. It symbolises the universal wealth abundance. Now relax. Take a few deep breaths. In this relaxed state, look at the picture for a couple of minutes. Focus. Then close your eyes. You will still see the picture. Do that for five minutes. Everyday.

Wealth will begin to enter in your life mysteriously.

Similarly if any picture or even a moving video is seen in relaxed and deeply focused state; its essence shall have to manifest in our life.

Try this ancient technique to change almost every aspect of your life.

May abundance fill the coffers of all readers.
